2026 Future Fern Netball Season Information

Registrations are open for all grades:

Year 1 - 6 teams will be confirmed by the Karaka Netball Committee 

Future Fern Netball games are played at Papakura Netball Centre on Saturday mornings.

*Future Ferns Years 1 to 4*

Season Begins first game:

Saturday, 2nd of May 2026

10 Week Programme played on Saturday mornings between 8 am to 10 am (draw times will vary)

Bruce Pulman Park Indoor Arena

*Future Ferns Year 5 & 6*

Muster Day

Sunday, 8th of March 2 - 3 pm

at Karaka Sports Club, 372 Blackbridge Road, Karaka. Tennis Courts

Grading Day

Saturday, 18th of April 2026

Papakura Netball Centre support us by running enjoyable and hands-on coaching programmes for our members.

** Future Fern Fees 2026 ** 

The following prices are inclusive of:

• Karaka Netball Club membership • Papakura Netball Centre fees • Netball New Zealand and Northern Zone affiliation fees• Uniforms• Umpire fees• Equipment, court hire, and associated costs

Future Ferns Fees

Years 1 & 2 – $150 (10 week programme)

Years 3 & 4 – $150 (10 week programme)

Years 5 & 6 – $180 (15 week programme)

All prices are in NZD.

Please use the player’s name as the payment reference.

Fees are required to be paid following online registration. Players whose fees have not been paid will be unable to be placed into a team.

We understand that circumstances vary, and, are happy to support families with a payment plan. Please email treasurer@karakanetballclub.co.nz to discuss options.
